I was brought in right before the new agent, who is a "Sell Your House in One Day" approved agent, had pictures taken. Time was very tight and we had minimal furnishings to work with on such short notice. Unfortunately, as my helper and I arrived at the property, we realized we were in the midst of a blackout and the staging had to be done in the one evening by candlelight. Not exactly ideal conditions.

We placed some furnishings to allow potential buyers to visualize the space better and to give the rooms some purpose. Art was used to help the bright colours make sense. Overall, very little was actually done.

The great thing is that it worked. The agent had marketed the property appropriately and over 50 separate groups of people were through the open house and the property sold conditional, for full list price off the first open house.
