| This beautiful old
Victorian in downtown Hamilton is my own personal home that sold in
Spring of 2008. This house has great architectural features, and I do
have some nice things, but I do also have a family and we do really live
like a family. Some appropriately sized furniture was brought in for the
living room, and a lot of furniture was edited out in the remainder of
the house to show the space at its best. Then the kids were shipped out
to Grandma's house for the weekend open house.
By the Sunday night after the
open house, the house sold FIRM for full list price and with our closing
date.
